Drug Testing can be ordered by employers, healthcare providers, law enforcement agencies, sports organizations, schools, and individuals seeking to monitor or confirm drug use.
The length of time drugs stay in your system depends on various factors such as the type of drug, the dose, the frequency of use, the individual's metabolism, and the type of test. Generally, drugs can be detected in urine for up to several days to a few weeks, in blood for up to a few days, in hair for up to 3 months and in oral fluid/saliva for up to a few days.
The consequences of failing a Drug Test depend on the reason for testing. For example, failing a workplace Drug Test may result in termination of employment, while failing a sports Drug Test may result in suspension or disqualification from competition. Failing a Drug Test ordered by a healthcare provider may result in a referral to addiction treatment.
A valid, non-expired photo ID issued by a federal, state, or local government agency. All authorization forms or paperwork from your employer (for those it applies to).
At least 45 ML of Urine.
If you cannot provide a full sample once the collection starts, you have a three-hour window to complete it. Leaving during the collection is considered a refusal to test, which may have consequences with your employer.
